While there are crisis lines, and helplines for specific groups of people or the circumstances that they might experience, TOPS provides the first peer support helpline for all people, in any situation where they may feel the need to reach out. With previous experience on multiple other peer support lines, the founders of TOPS created an organization that would grow community and access to support services, while ensuring representation for all people.
